About us
Guacamaya was founded by Luisa Alvarado and Holy Barbee in September of 2019. Luisa is a Venezuelan native and her heart has always been with her people. Since the economic situation has gotten worse in Venezuela, Luisa and Holly felt the need to work towards helping those who are in vulnerable situation.
Our mission is to provide the resources for a opportunity to succeed with education, proper medical care, and create tools for communities to thrive together.
